REGISTRATION | FEE PAYMENT INFORMATION

Conference Fees

  • Fully-employed faculty and independent scholars - US $130
  • Graduate students and others not fully employed - US $70

This year we have also decided to include a fully optional sliding scale.  If any conferees wish to pay a fee higher than the budgeted one, they may cross out the amount listed, replacing it with a higher number corresponding to their payment. Although not tax-deductible, the amount will be used to build the APT reserves, which allow us to pay for unexpected cost overruns. Receipts for payment will reflect only the amount you choose to pay.

Included in the conference fees:

  • coffee breaks
  • Friday lunch and dinner
  • Saturday breakfast and lunch
  • receptions Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings
  • shuttle service between the hotel and the campus meeting rooms

Conferees will be responsible for their own dinners on Saturday night, and their breakfasts on Friday and Sunday.  APT will supply information on restaurants, cafés, and other places of interest near Texas A&M.

Fee Payment

Fees are due by September 21st. A $20 late fee will be added for conferees registering after September 21st.  In the absence of extenuating circumstances and prior arrangements, failure to register by October 5th will lead to removal from the program. To pay your fees, please download, complete, and return the Conference Registration Form (pdf). Payment must be made by check in US dollars and returned via post to the Secretary-Treasurer at the address indicated on the form.

For those outside the U.S. and unable to send checks in US dollars, other arrangements can be made. Contact Howard L. Lubert, our Secretary-Treasurer to make arrangements before the registration deadline of 21 September 2009.
